SHIPPING & HANDLING

SLTSB offers free standard shipping on all orders over $75 and we ship nationwide! No international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed and shipped via USPS (Post Office). Standard shipping times are within 3-4 business days.

Please allow 1-2 business days for SLTSB to process and prepare your order for shipment.

Keep in mind that processing times are different from shipping time frames. Both should be considered when placing your order and estimation of delivery. There may be possible delays due to payment authorizations, stock availability, and/or USPS shipping.

Please be sure to enter your complete (and accurate) address and email at checkout to ensure that you receive tracking information (SLTSB only sends tracking via email). All orders will be fully trackable on USPS.com.

SLTSB is not responsible for any names and/or addresses that are entered incorrectly. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend a package that has been sent back to SLTSB.

Please note: Once USPS is possession of your package, SLTSB will not be held responsible for any delays or lost packages as we do not have any control at that point. You must contact USPS's customer service or your local post office directly.

SLTSB reserves the right to cancel any order that is flagged as high risk or fraudulent.

REFUND POLICY

Returns/Exchanges: SLTSB does not accept exchanges at this time due to sanitary reasons (unless an item is defective or not the correct item purchased).

Refunds (if/when applicable): SLTSB will only issue a refund if the item(s) purchased have yet to be shipped, are out of stock, or if an item is defective and the customer opts to receive a refund instead of an exchange within 7 days.

Exchanges (if/when applicable): SLTSB will only replace an item that is damaged or defective. Please contact SLTSB within 7 days of receipt and we'll be happy to replace the damaged or defective item at no cost to you. We require customers to send pictures of damaged or defective items to shelovestoshopboutique@gmail.com as proof. In some cases, SLTSB may request that you ship the items back to us. A replacement will be shipped out with 1-2 days via USPS.
